HOW TO SHARE INTERNET AND OTHER COMPUTERS
So u have a laptop with internet and ur friends r looking at u with
begging eyes since they hv laptops too and all they can do is play the
very boring game of solitare huh! well u can share ur internet wth
them better yet, even share music and stuph.
...
WHAT ARE WE DOING ANYWAY!
as u knw i lv explaining shit, this is no diffrent. wat we r going
to create is a network commonly knwn as an Ad Hoc network. ad hocs
r jst temporary connections btwn comps and devices for a specific
purpose e.g sharing documents, palying games even sharing internet

KALE...THT SAID, LETS BEGIN
STEP 1:
Even in computers before u share internet u must 1st
enable internet sharing on ur computer. so go to:

a)Start>>control pannel>>network and internet>>network
connections

b)Right-click the wireless network connection then click
properties

c)Click the wireless networks tab. a pop box will appear
click add under preffered networks

d)You have to give the network a name ryt? so on the association
tab ul see d option 4 network name(SSID) n type in any name

e)Select the option "this is a computer-to-computer network" n
clear the "the key is provided automatically 4 me" check box

f)In Network Authentication, select Open and in Data encryption
select WPA if its not there select WEP

g)In Network key, type in the key ur beggers will use to connect to ur
network. confirm the key and click OK. then OK again

STEP 2!
Now tht the bread is ready to be shared u have to inform the beggers! so
il expalin how to connect other laptops to the new network

a)Any other laptop around will automatically detect the nu network.so wen
u(the begger) see the notification "wireless networks detected" click it!

b)When u click on the name of the ad-hoc network ul see a dialogue
box and at the end of the day ul have to enter the correct
network key which u as a beggar ul hv to beg from the guy hu
just created tht network. then click connect

THATS IT! BUT U HAVE TO PROTECT AGAINST THIEVES!!

now tht ur comp is connected i advise u configure ur Windows Firewall
and automatic
addressing by doing the following: go to
a)start>>control panel>>network and internet>>network connections

b)Right-click d network connection tht corresponds 2d wireless
network adapter and then click Properties.

c)click advanced>>settings>>windows firewall>>on>>ok
